Claim your organization. Show families who you really are.

ABAEthics.org lists 8,554 ABA organizations with what public records let us verify. Public records do not tell the whole story: that the owner is a BCBA who still thinks like a clinician, or a parent who built this because of their own child, or how you actually supervise, train and staff. That part has to come from you. Claim your listing, tell us how the organization is owned, add your Ethics Scorecard, and give us something we can verify. A person checks everything before it publishes, which is the whole point of this site. Not the owner? If a record is simply wrong, you can send a correction instead.

Organization
  1. 1 · Who's responding: you, or a nomination from the community
  2. 2 · The organization: directory match and legal name
  3. 3 · Ownership: classification, owners, evidence
1 · Who is filling this out?

Choose from the directory, or leave blank and enter the legal name below.

Ownership classification choose every description that applies

To remove “Unverified,” link proof that the named BCBA or BCBA-D currently owns the organization, such as an ownership filing or ownership agreement, and evidence of their credential. Claiming the listing alone does not verify ownership. The label stays until your proof has been verified.

Your Ethics Scorecard optional, every field, and you can send it later

These are the numbers families, BCBAs and techs actually ask about: how you supervise, how you train, and how you staff. Nothing here publishes automatically. A person reviews every number, and your profile shows what you reported, with the date you reported it, never a grade or a ranking. Leave anything blank you would rather not say.

Every submission is reviewed by hand against public records before anything publishes. Submitting never changes the public profile directly — and no one can pay to change an outcome.

Got it, and thank you.

Pending verification

A person will review your submission against the evidence you provided. Most verifications complete within a few business days; you’ll hear from us either way at the email you gave. Until then, nothing you submitted appears publicly. Your page changes only after we’ve verified it. We’d rather be slow and right than fast and wrong. If we have questions, a human will ask them.

  • We verify ownership against filings, registries, and the evidence you linked.
  • If verified, the classification appears on the profile with the date it was verified.
  • We may contact you at the email you provided if we need anything.

One more step

Our intake couldn't be reached automatically. Please email contact@special-learning.com — we've pre-filled your submission details in the email for you. Nothing is lost.

Go further: connect your social accounts

Claiming verifies who you are. Connecting verifies where you are: link the accounts your organization actually runs, and your claimed profile gets richer: a verified-social badge, your ratings surfaced with your permission instead of scraped, and better discovery by the families and clinicians searching for you.

How we keep it honest: every connected account is checked against your organization's verified identity — same entity, matching names and web domains — before anything appears on your profile. If the account doesn't bind to your listing, it never renders. Connecting is free, optional, and never affects your ESBAP standing.
