Terms of Use
Last updated: September 28, 2026
ABAEthics.org is run by Special Learning, Inc., 445 E. Illinois St, Suite 6702, Chicago, IL 60611. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What the site is
ABAEthics.org is a directory of applied behavior analysis providers. It brings together information from public sources and from organizations themselves, and it shows the source for each item. It's for general information. It isn't a recommendation, rating, endorsement or certification of any provider, and it isn't legal, clinical or financial advice. Check anything that matters to you directly with the provider.
Where the information comes from
Listings draw on public records, such as the federal NPI registry and state business records, and on what organizations publish about themselves. We show the source and date where we have them. Sources can be incomplete or out of date, and we can't guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current.
Corrections
If something about an organization is wrong, use "Suggest a correction." We review corrections and keep a record of changes, including what a listing said before.
Claiming a listing
An organization can claim its listing and add information to it. Claiming doesn't mean we've verified who the organization is or what it says, unless the listing says so.
What you submit
When you share an experience, suggest a correction or claim a listing, you confirm that what you submit is true and that you have the right to submit it. You give us permission to use it to run the site, including publishing it where the form says it will be published. Don't submit anything unlawful or defamatory, or anything that invades someone's privacy. We may decline or remove any submission.
Using the site
Don't scrape the site, copy it in bulk or resell its content. Don't use it to send unsolicited messages, and don't try to get around its security. Browsing and sharing individual pages are fine.
Sponsored placement
Any paid placement is labeled. No organization can pay to change how its information or classification is shown.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is." As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
